Being the Chairman of Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Shahidullah provides strategic direction to the company and ensures that the company continues to adhere to its quality management standards as well as the quality management standards of its international partners as part of its portfolio.

With the increasing development of new technologies in the field of Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Mr. Shahidullah envisioned the ideals of a company that would particularly focus on the field of Enterprise Network Infrastructures with the objectives of providing the highest quality of services in compliance to international standards, offering the best-in-class solutions to clients.

Envisioning these ideals he founded Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a limited company in 2009, jointly with Md Iqbal Hossain Bhuiyan, Rahima Begum, Khodeja Begum and Md. Amanullah with the primary focus to provide clients with Enterprise Network Infrastructure products and services that complied to international standard best practices in terms of quality and technical expertise.

Prior to founding Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, he graduated from Dhaka University in 1975 and subsequently studied Cost and Management Accounting, completing it in 1980, after which he then joined the Ministry of Electricity and Water in Qatar.

Observing the continuous demand and development in the field of ICT, Mr. Shahidullah returned back home and opened up his own proprietary venture Integra Computers in 1999 in the field of Information Technology, in addition to establishing Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd in 2009.

Mr. Shahidullah received several trainings in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) at home and abroad.
