After completion of her Graduate studies from Dhaka University, Rahima Begum jointly formed “Netcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd “ in 2009 subsequently becoming its director.

As its Director, Administration and Human Resource, her role and responsibilities is to supervise the complete Administrative and human resource related functions of the company to ensure that all employees are compliant to the company’s standards and policies.
